Straight talk, worth it or not?

This place has a fantastic location near restaurants and stores. Gated parking and friendly staff. The room was clean with comfy beds and ample amenities.

I noticed issues with noise from both traffic and upstairs guests. Service inconsistencies raised concerns about reliability, affecting the stay experience.

Amazing service throughout. Soft beds and central heating, TV and a fridge. Location so close to Citadel Outlets, Walmart and other stores and Los Angeles.

The room itself was clean and updated with a big TV and comfortable bed, for instance as advertised. The staff was incredibly nice plus the location was good and comfortable. We saw Reggie Rodriguez Park, that's just a short walk away from the venue.

The location is convenient for exploring the area.

The front desk staff was indifferent and unhelpful, causing multiple issues with my room access. I had to break into my own room after they failed to assist me.

Unexpected staff challenge

The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Unfortunately, the check-in process was quite awkward due to staff's unprofessionalism, made us uncomfortable from the start.

What a pleasant surprise this place was! I was impressed with the cleanliness and modern feel of the room. It had a mini fridge, microwave, and the wifi worked seamlessly. The cute staff made check-in easy, and the gated parking added a sense of security. Plus, it's close to restaurants and shops-a real gem!

We had a blast visiting the nearby Town Square Shopping Center and took time to explore Ernest E. Debs Regional Park. It's a great spot for walking or just chilling out. The staff was cute, and the room was comfy.

The bed could have been better-definitely on the firm side.

Having to pay for ice is ridiculous!!! A loud AC unit in the room detracted from the comfort of the stay!!! The rooms are hit or miss with street noise, which can be frustrating at night!!!

The front desk staff was super friendly. The room was clean and had a modern vibe, perfect for our needs. The location is great for visiting la, with attractions like hollywood just a short drive away. Plus, there's a dirt dog just a hop away for tasty food.

It was an interactive adventure exploring science and technology, a hit with mum and the kids! The spacious and newly renovated rooms.

My kids wished the pool area had more supervision.

The Beautiful King Room was clean and had a modern vibe. I worked from the room, and the wifi was solid. A bit of noise from the traffic outside, but nothing too annoying. The bed was comfy enough, but a little on the firm side. Nice place for a solo stay.

If you encounter issues with your room availability, kindly ask to speak with a manager for prompt resolution. Be persistent as staff may overlook reservations.

The Beautiful Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was super clean, fresh, and comfy. It had a mini fridge, microwave, and a cozy bathroom. The tv was nice, and the beds were really soft. The gated parking added a lot of safety and restoration although the check-in was super quick. The room had no noise issues either.

The rooms were clean and quiet with comfortable bed kept by the incredibly nice staff. The property had a good location in the best part of town. Really enjoyed our comfortable stay there a lot.
